Charles “Chuck” Shad, a senior shareholder in the firm, has practiced law in Florida for more than 40 years. Mr. Shad received his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and his juris doctor from the University of Florida.

 

Mr. Shad has decades of experience representing hospitals and health care professionals in complex medical claims including birth defect, wrongful death, and catastrophic brain and spinal cord injury cases. Providing both trial representation and legal counsel outside the courtroom, Mr. Shad’s achievements include an impressive record of defense verdicts for his clients.
