Clemente Inclan is a shareholder with the firm. He is a civil trial lawyer and mainly practices in the area of hospital defense, professional malpractice, general liability, and nursing home/assisted living defense. However, before entering civil practice Mr. Inclan was an Assistant State Attorney.

 

Mr. Inclan has successfully defended his clients in several high profile cases with massive financial exposure. He is also a recipient of the Dr. Gaston Acosta-Rua Professional Service Award.
