Clemente Inclan, a shareholder with the firm, is an experienced trial lawyer. He is a civil trial lawyer and mainly practices in the area of insurance defense, medical malpractice, general civil litigation, and nursing home/assisted living defense. Before entering private practice, Clemente was an Assistant State Attorney for eight years where he tried hundreds of cases. Clemente’s trial experience while serving as the Assistant State Attorney included complex sexual battery and homicide cases.

In his representation of physicians, hospitals, and other medical service providers, including nursing homes, Clemente defends malpractice cases and general liability cases. He also represents health care providers in licensure issues before regulatory boards.

With years of experience working with corporations and top executives, Clemente also represents businesses in general litigation matters at various levels.

Clemente is a first generation American, born and raised in Jacksonville, by parents who immigrated from Cuba in 1959. His father was a family physician who opened a practice in Jacksonville and also comes from a long line of physicians in Havana, Cuba. Clemente and his wife have two children, a daughter who is also a civil litigator and a son currently in law school. Clemente is also fluent in Spanish.
