Harvey Jay is a shareholder with the firm. He graduated from Stetson University in Deland, Florida in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration before attending the University of Florida College of Law, where he served as a member of both the Trial Competition Team and the attorney general staff of the Student Honor Court.

 

Mr. Jay’s practice centers on representing hospitals, physicians, and nurses in complex medical negligence claims throughout Florida. He has also developed a niche practice dealing with the provisions of Amendment VII. Mr. Jay has been listed as a Florida Super Lawyer since 2008 and is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
